Vinification: harvested grapes are swiftly brought to the cellar. Crushing for twelve hours at 10°C. Soft pressing and clarification of the must. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts, aging lasts six months in oak barrels and the wine is fined in-bottle for about sixty days.
Wine tasting: White wine with a golden yellow colour. Sweet and delicate wine. The taste is enveloping and naturally sweet.
