Vinification: harvested grapes are swiftly brought to the cellar. Soft pressing and clarification of the must. Fermentation with natural yeasts at controlled temperature, aging lasts six months in stainless-steel tanks and the wine ages in the bottle for a short time.

Wine tasting: Dry white wine. Fruity and slightly herbaceous aromas. Excelent as an aperitif and with shellfish.
