Vinification: harvested grapes are swiftly brought to the cellar. Soft pressing and clarification of the must. Fermentation with natural yeasts at controlled temperature, aging lasts six months in stainless-steel tanks and the wine ages in the bottle for about thirty days.

Wine tasting: Dry red with simple aromas. The taste is soft and persistent. Excellent with meats and mature cheeses.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 18-20°C
