Vinification: harvested grapes are swiftly brought to the cellar. Soft pressing and clarification of the must. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts at controlled temperature, aging lasts six months in oak barrels and the wine is fined in-bottle for about sixty days.

Wine tasting: White wine with greenish reflections. Aromatic and complex scents. The taste is pulpy and fragrant.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 18-20°C
