Vinification: harvested grapes are swiftly brought to the cellar, followed by crushing and destemming in stainless-steel tanks for seven days with daily remounts. Fermentation temperature of 25-35°C. Wine ages for seven months in stainless-steel tanks with temperature control and is fined in-bottle for about thirty days.

Wine tasting: intensely aromatic white wine with delicate scents of green apple. Excellent whit pasta , white meat or to complement tasty snacks.
